Tsi-Ahga In Defense

The Debate

Scavengers
By now most people have become aware of antioxidants and free radicals. Simply put, free radicals are oxygen atoms or oxygenated molecules missing an electron. They are unstable and seek to regain stability by gaining that extra electron. To do so they must attach to the electrons found in the compounds from which cells are constructed. This changes the shape and function of the cells. These changes cause damage to cellular structures such as DNA, ribosomes, mitochondria, RNA, and so forth.
Free radicals are unstable but seek stability. They enter the body through the air (especially from exhaust and cigarette smoke), the food we eat (notably processed foods), and are by-products of our own body’s attempt to metabolize the garbage in the food we eat and the drugs we consume. We cannot run from them and, although we may try to ignore them, they will never go away.
The body is made up of cells, tissues, organs and whole organ systems – becoming prey for these unstable free radicals. In their search for the extra electron they require they relentlessly attack cells. They are like barracudas, and often cause damage which is difficult for the body to repair. Free radicals “rape, pillage and plunder.” Virtually all known health problems are caused by “pollutants, infection and poor eating choices.” It is estimated that each of the trillions of cells in the body is attacked over 10,000 times a day. These harmful free radicals are in abundance everywhere.
To the Rescue
An antioxidant is a molecule or even a single atom with an extra electron(s). Antioxidants are needed in vast quantities. These extra electrons stabilize free radicals. They mop up and help repair the damage. Vitamins C, A, and E contain antioxidants, as do minerals such as germanium. The body’s immune system produces a great deal of antioxidants and make their impact upon every known disease or illness. Tsi-Ahga is loaded with germanium, one of the most powerful antioxidant substances known, and the Beta-glucan molecules in Tsi-Ahga cause a system immune modulation and response cascade. Why Not?
Many people might wonder why all of this good information about the quantity and the quality of the Beta-glucans and other phytoceuticals in Tsi-Ahga, has not been made available to the world sooner.

Avian Flu Research Abstract

Introduction: Avian Influenza is a common problem for poultry operations in the United States. Most commercial poultry plants are under continuous quarantine because of the very real threat of the introduction of new and mutable strains of Influenza. The Battery Method of commercial poultry production provides the perfect laboratory to study virus mutability, since the environment is not only not natural (requiring the virus to change is modus operendi), but also the close quarters and significantly diminished immune systems of the battery birds provides an excellent pathway for the “skipping of generations.” In other words, what might have taken countless generations to create in the wild, is dramatically facilitated by the Battery Method.
Research Description: A small backyard flock of squabbling pigeons was used for this research. The pigeons were housed in a facility with less than one square foot floor space per bird, with nest boxes attached to the back wall. This population density exceeds that of most Battery Production Facilities and so goes further in concentrating the transmissibility and mutability of virus.
Ten birds were housed separately but with the same approximate living quarters. These were used as controls. The test group consisted of twenty six birds housed as described above.
The Test Group was fed a ration containing “Defense” mixed into the feed for one week prior to the test. The Control Group was fed normally.
Two infected individuals were obtained from a local, wild flock. The birds were demonstrating the classic symptoms of Avian Influenza. One infected bird was placed in each of the pens and the groups were observed for seven days.
Data:
Control Group: All of the control birds were infected with the Influenza within three days of exposure. All of the control group birds, including the original vector, died within the seven days of the observation period.
Test Group: Although all of the test group birds demonstrated symptoms of infection, i.e., nasal discharge, coughing, swollen eyes, etc., none of the twenty six test birds died during the observation period. The only bird in the test pen to succumb was the original vector.
Follow up: The Test Group continued to receive Defense and were observed for three months post-infection. During that time, only two birds died – one of egg binding and another became entangled in the mesh wiring of the pen. None of the birds exhibited any symptoms after the initial bout of flu. The hens all went off production and did not become eggy again until the following spring. Molt was as usual.
Postscript: It is interesting to note that, after the research was terminated, and the test group birds were no longer receiving Defense in their feed, the loft was infected by a different wild strain of Influenza which had been transported to the loft by wild starlings. The entire loft was stricken with the infection and two thirds of the birds died within the first five days after infection. Those that survived never returned to normal production.
Findings: The commercial product “Defense” provided the immune support needed for the closely quartered birds to fight Influenza. The results of the Test Group were not unlike an influenza epidemic that is “winding down.” Individuals became symptomatic but were able to fight off the virus. The results of the Control Group were reminiscent of the first weeks of an epidemic, when the virus is the most dangerous. These observations are compelling and demonstrate a need for greater research into the effects of Beta1;3, 1;6 glucan use in prevention of Influenza Outbreak.

My curiosity and drive to find new “natural” products for my pets and myself made it easy to try your product Defense. My 15-year old male Dalmatian, Jorge . . . has a lump on his right side for about two years, and over time, it became larger. He also has a large lump on the side of his neck which has fluid in it. Being too old and weak for any type of surgery, our hands were tied. One day after being on defense for perhaps six weeks, I noticed the hair around his tumor on his side was sticking out. There was a scab on part of the lump. The scabbed section was flatter. A week or two later it reddened, and then another scab appeared on another section. I was astonished at what I saw. My husband and I have been using Defense for the last 8 to 10 weeks. We have each had our blood lipids checked very recently at different locations. Since Gordon’s last lab report of October 2004, his total cholesterol has gone from 183 to 145: good cholesterol (HDL) has increased while bad cholesterol (LDL) has decreased: triglycerides are now fantastic and his HDL/LDL risk ratio has dropped from being too high to being in the desirable range. For a 78 year old who once had prostate cancer, he has great health and high energy.
I have a genetic tendency to high cholesterol and triglycerides. My recent blood test showed the best improvement I have ever seen in the 40 years I have been tracking this. I had a heart attack in 06 and my bad cholesterol was clear up to 400. I now have it down to 252, and I‘ve have had like 96 points come down for the bad cholesterol and triglycerides 129 points.
